Shipping Policies

At Cheapbeads.net, Home Jewelry Business LLC, we make every effort to process (pack and ship) your order as quickly as possible, while making sure that your order is both accurate and carefully packaged.

You will be able to choose your shipping method at the time of checkout. Aall shipping charges are final; in other words, you will never have to pay more for shipping than what you see when checking out.

Please Note: We do not ship C.O.D. For larger orders, we often attach insurance or request delivery confirmations.

Processing Times

All UPS Next day air orders received before 11AM MT are processed the same business day (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). UPS Next day air orders received after 11AM MT will be processed within one business day. Orders UPS paid shipping methods, such as UPS Ground, are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders using our FREE Standard Shipping method are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

Weekends: All UPS Next day orders received before 9am MT on Saturday are shipped the same day.

Transit Times

We are located in Ogden, Utah (USA), which means that some orders mailed to either coast, or outside of this country, may not arrive as quickly as orders mailed to destinations that are closer to us. Please note that occasionally, orders may take longer to process than stated due to large order volumes associated with holidays, special promotions, or delays associated with the carrier. International orders pass through customs, which may add additional delays.

Additional Information

Important: UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box.

Customs Charges/Import Duties: For international orders, any taxes or duties assessed by customs will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Signature Waivers: Customers choosing to waive required signatures for UPS deliveries assume all responsibility for their orders once they leave our facilities.

Special Instruction: Please do not ask us to have the UPS leave packages "on the back porch," etc., as the UPS does not accept special requests.

UPS Tracking: If you have elected to ship via UPS and would like to track your order, please go to the UPS website and enter your tracking number to check the shipping status.

Lost Packages: On rare occasions, due to no fault on our part, a package sent via the UPS may not arrive at its destination. In such an instance, we will reship your order after a reasonable time has elapsed, but will require that you sign and return a letter confirming that your package indeed was never received. This is required so that we can be reimbursed by our insurance company. If we do not receive this signed form back from you, we reserve the right to charge you for the replacment shipment.
